We treat all our properties as if they were our own. Most of our properties are fully managed which means if you have a problem it will be fixed swiftly and efficiently, plus you don't run the risk of your landlord not looking after you properly.

If you have a maintenance problem just send us an email and we will guarantee a response within 24 hours (normally same day). If you prefer to contact us by phone we are available from 7am - 10pm and we even have a 24 hour emergency line for out of hours. We have an in house team that will locate and try to fix the problem on the same day along with a bank of local contactors/ engineers who know how all our properties work so you will never need to worry when or if the problem will be solved
